At EL REINE store, your satisfaction remains our number one priority.
If, for any reason, the accessories that you purchased don’t meet your expectations, you can return them for a full refund or exchange according to the following guidelines:
- Once your return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- A full refund of the item/s will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Home delivery shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If the requested replacement item is out of stock, you will receive credit to the original dorm of payment.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too!
